$8 hourly + commission

Position Details:
The San Gabriel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce is a premier organization providing advocacy, education, and networking resources for a better business and community environment.

The Chamber Sales Representative uses his/her past success in sales and customer service to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Chamber members. The Sales Representative services and grows membership in the Southeast San Gabriel Valley.

A successful Sales Representative must:

• Develop and execute plans to grow membership
• Work with Chamber membership database
• Deliver superior member experience in order to achieve membership retention and growth
• Manage and service membership list in person or via phone or email

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
1 year sales experience with a chamber of commerce

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese or Korean)
5 years previous experience in sales.
